I am not sure how much weight they will add. However, I am fairly certain that it is not excessive. It sounds like you need to so this regardless. I am using spohn SFCs in my LS1 conversion.

70lbs well worth it I imagine. My car has the T-tops and i've never had a problem with 'flooring' it, however if I ever got traction I imagine I'd shatter one of them.
I really want SFC's but have to build up a little cash.

I have a 3rd gen with t-tops. I have subframs and a roll bar. and I am thinking of upgrading to a full cage.
The weight add on is very minimal when you compare the benifits of stiffening the car up.
I have around 400 Hp right now with a manual tranny. I have never had any problems with the windshield or t tops.
