Dyno Don headers and AC box

I have read about the motor mount changes, heater hard line move and moving the brake lines. What did everyone do around there ac box? I have rubber motor mounts so not sure what do to clear. Burr tool shave material off?

Re: Dyno Don headers and AC box

I don't know how thin the heater box material is. I'd heat up the tube and do some light hammer massage to gain clearance

you may get some room loosening all the bolts and stud then push the box away as far as the holes allow if not enough you could open up the holes to move it a little further
