Car: 1991 Pontiac Firebird
Engine: 3.1L V6 (just stock for now)
Transmission: Automatic
91 Firebird 3.1L V6 Project or Parts Car $1000
I just recently picked this car up. It has plenty of potential.
Has a 3.1L V6 that is leaking oil, but seems to run strong. Shifts good.
Starts up every time.
Has new pads, rotors, and water pump.
The floors need work, which to me is the only major problem.
The body have a few small dings, and the front driver side fender has a dent.
The interior is pretty good/average for its age.
This would be a great first car for someone or a dad/son winter project.
Clear title in hand.
The longer I have it the more work/parts I am going to put into it so I will be raising the price as I get things repaired(or if I can't find enough time I will be parting it out).
Just replaced rear differential cover and gasket along with the oil. (10/26)

SOLD…let this thing go for $750…will make them a great daily driver…now on to the next one. I love these cars.

Same here..just a little harder to get your hands on..LOL
In the mid-90s & 2000s I was able to get em' cheap.. good shape most of the time...., at one time,I had a variety of third gen' s.. 14 I had. One was a 92' Firehawk, the lady I got it from in Greenwood,IN, gave a 35k firehawk to her 16yr.old stepson...He didn't drive it long... slightly wrecked and the 700r4 was out..I gave $1500 for it,sold it in 2006 for 15k.Now,people want top dollar for junk at times...LOL
