I feel your frustration. I am also looking for a very specific 1986 TA sapphire black (dark blue) over silver, 5 spd trans. They're hard to come by.

No, I am not still looking. I bought a 1984 Recaro edition hardtop (no t-tops), 5 speed in late Dec. of 2019. Car has 80,000 original miles, been in owners garage for 17 years and driven for exercise miles. Rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, smop pump, full tune up, new seat covers and carpet, repaired one crack in dash painted all interior plastics and replaced carpet on them. Currently doing complete rebuild on air conditioner system and then sending car out to body shop for paint. Are you looking for one or have one to sell? Craig
