Car: 1988 Iroc-z28
Engine: 5.7 350
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.77
questions about 88 camaro engines.
Did any of them come carbureted? I was looking online for 350's to rebuild and i ran into a 350 that is said to have been pulled from an 88. It looks to have a carburetor on it. maybe just converted back?

Only V8s for 1988 were 305 TBI. 305 TPI & 350 TPI. So what you seen was not a stock engine or 305 TBI being called a 350 which is very possible by some sellers.

Chevy 350 out of a 88 Camaro. Mileage unknown. Needs heads and possibly a complete rebuild. Needs to be gone by wednesday. Does not have intake. Comes with power steering pump and water pump.
Looks like a 305 TBI though...
Then again, minus the intake, you can make it whatever you want probably.
