its the black cloth on top half and buttom half is leather.

its just really perfectly MINT.

cloth and leather has no scratch or what so ever,
backside carboard is clear light brown and no dirty spot whats so ever.
all the clip hole is intact, yes ALL the holes are perfect.

i really wish i had pic caz a pic worths 1000words.. but i dont have a camera.
