I have most if not all the parts you need to add power locks to your third gen. I have multiple switches, plugs, solenoids, and linkages. The wiring has been cut in a few places but you should be able to get it back together no problem. I'm not entirely sure what years the switch and switch plates apply to but take a look at the pics and you should be able to see what you need.
$40 shipped for it all. Or if you're local to Downingtown come pick it up and I'll knock some off.
