Shift Knob?

Hey, does anybody know what store would sell one like this



except, I want it not to have the 5-spd pattern, and also be compatible with the stock shifter.

I've been trying to find one of those, but in black and w/ the 5 speed pattern, for a long time for out cars. I'd be interested as well

Nobody knows? Come on, I see these things in cars all the time. How hard can a plain yellowish-white plastic shift knob be to find?
