4th Gen Dash Swap?

Well its exactly what it seems, i want to switch out my dash of my 91 rs camaro for a new dash. Are there any problems with doing it and am I able to put in 2 airbags? One on wheel where my current one is and the other on passanger?

How about the wiring ? I have had my 4th Gen Dash sitting around for some time now due to the fear of running into wiring issues . Any suggestions or comments ?
