Steering wheel repair

Hey all.So I now have a second 84 Z28.I am trying to repair horn to get inspection.I pulled steering wheel and found horn button wire crushed by steering wheel(aftermarket). It is also missing the black plastic disc/dust cover that goes between the lock disc and the steering wheel.Any idea where I can buy one of of these.Ebay has columns, wheels, wires etc.Do you any of you guys have one laying around that I could buy from you?
I haven't fixed the horn yet,I have a dead short somewhere,I can't even get a fuse put in.So far I don't think it is in the horn wiring, but will be working on it today. Thanks for you guys help.

Junkyards! Or get another wheel. I Bought a wheel off a guy on here in the parts for sale section for like $45 plus whatever the shipping was. Original part, great shape and cheap!!! Check eBay as well. Good luck!

Well given the fact you gave sparse information about what brand your wheel is, I gave you the best with what I had to work with. If its a grant steering wheel check out their products, momo check out there's. You may not be able to find just a "dust cover" for your wheel. You may just be better off getting another wheel which is what I suggested in my last post. Again, good luck.

Take away the steering wheel, that has nothing to do with what i am looking for. When you pull off the steering wheel it's the first thing you see. It's a black plastic cover that is almost the diameter of the housing and about i/2 inch wide with three (i think) slots around the outer edge.It snaps on to the steering wheel lock plate.Let me know if you have one of those and thanks very much for your help,Ron.
