How to run racing harness without Rollbar/cage

So I came across a free racing seat with brackets and harnesses for it too for the 88 Camaro. I don't have a roll bar or cage but I was wondering is there a way that I can install without this? Thanks. They are the Simpson style 5 points. All help and advice is appreciated.

from what I know, you have to have a cross bar behind the seat, just about under your shoulder blades in that area of sorts. mounted to the floor was causing injuries on its on, where there should not have been. Not complete on the science reasoning, just member reading up on it.

The belts need to be attached or go over a bar that makes an angle of 15(?)* between your shoulders and the bar. Reason has to do with the angle they pull at if you have a sudden stop, i.e. you run into a wall. If the belts were bolted to the floor (and not a bar) when your body moved forward the belts would want to pull/compress you down and under the right conditions you could suffer a compression fracture of a vertebral body if the force was straight down and your back stayed straight. If your back arched you could rupture a disc or fracture one of the spinal processes that could wreak all sorts of havoc. The belts wouldn't cause you to break your neck, become quadriplegic or "drink out of a straw" as some claim. Never the less you can still suffer a life changing injury. You can install a B pillar brace or a harness bar that the belts could route to. Those options aren't NHRA legal but as I understand most Autocorss sanctioning bodies allow for it. If you had long belts you could install a 6' x 6" metal plate above the gas tank and bolt the belts to that-- Not sure how NHRA feels about that but it satisfies the requirements.
