lt1 swap

Im putting a 94 lt1 into my 85 iroc over the summer, i am trying to get all the parts i need to complete the swap. i have a few dumb questions, first of all, which pcm do i use, the one from my iroc or the one out of the 94, also is there someone who makes a complete wiring harness for the swap, im not very good with electrical stuff. any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

The PCM is in the '94. Your IROC has an ECM.

Now's the time to get better with electrical stuff. It's not as hard as your imagination has told you it is.

While it may not be all that hard to get one up and running, getting something together that will fit reasonably, have a proper appearance, and not be a nightmare to troubleshoot if you do have an issue, is a completely different story.

which computer do i need to use? im not sure if once i get a wiring harness of some sort made/bought if it plugs into the iroc computer or not. if it makes a differnce my iroc is a 305 tpi. thanks again

Ideally you want to use the 94-95 LT1 computer, it would be possible to retain your stock computer and harness, however it would be very counter productive and probably cost more.
