Frost Tune

I'm planning on sending my PCM down to Frost fo a mail order tune. On the form, a VIN # needs to be provided. I don't have the VIN from the car that I got the wiring harness and T56 from. All I know is that it is a 2002. Do I just need a VIN from that year car with manual tranny?

Re: Frost Tune

i called and talked to steve before i sent mine in, he told me on older stuff (where it doesn't match the car anyways), not to worry about providing a VIN. he did my tune, and it fired right away, runs a bit rich, but i'm very happy with what i received. my computer even came from a 2002 silverado.....

Re: Frost Tune

mine too fired on the first try, gotta love it. his turn around time is fantastic as well. part got delivered, he called me about 10 min later to double check a couple of specs, and had it programmed and shipped out that day.
