LT1 swap wiring issues

I am swapping a 94 LT1 into my 84Z28. I have been following the "wiring for dummies" sticky. I have a few questions. Quick answers are SUPER CLUTCH.

Considering I din't have VATS. What do I wire the theft dererrent/ fuel enable feed wire to? Start hot, keyed hot, or both? Or is it even needed?
