Waldorf, Maryland here. Unfortunately, I'm selling the car because medical issues are preventing me from being able to drive it. It's a bytch getting old and you can't enjoy certain things anymore.

i live next to that three brothers but that is the lost in the 50's car club its not open to the public. the one at brusters i saw many a third gen there last year
okay. i seen newer vettes up there acouple times this year. im thinking about going to carlisle with mine next year. Seen alot of third gen this year when i went.
Hey - I got two messages on this thread and didn't see either of them until today. It's been too d*mn long!
Toxik! Miss you dude! Mark still has his shop in Damascus, all it takes is a trip out there and tell him what you need, let him know I sent you and he'll give you the best price he can give. I warn you though -- he uses good paints, so nothing is cheap...no Maaco with him.
99 Hoss - I've seen your car too! I'm in Germantown often enough, just not usually in the purple car, although every once in a while I really just need to take her for a drive and head in that direction. Typically I'm in my 2000 T/A with the WS9 hood -- you know, the one that looks like it wants to eat somebody?
OR I just got my used Silverado on the road -- it's dark blue and there's nothing noticeable about it to know it's me...but I could beep at you, lol!
Happy New Year and, yep, I still have three third gens and I'm still here in the shadows. Anytime anyone wants to see me I'll be at my studio in Damascus working...that's all I ever do now. The cars get drive three miles from home to the shop, then three miles back...they miss the road trips and the MIR trips...and all my f-body buddies.
A MEET! That'd be fun. And it'd give me incentive to buy a cam and some head gaskets so I can put my AFRs on... finally have a location to work on it since I can't use my driveway. Still gotta fix the control arm too. Anyone got a cam that'll work well with some AFR195's w/ TPI and a stock bottom end?
My bad you're right, a roll call thread really wouldn't get "old" :P
I think I might've spun a bearing, the oil pressure gauge started to do weird things (jump between 0 and max and flickering), then it started tapping and over a half hour of driving it got worse. Haven't touched it since I got home heh. As for your car, I would be interested if I hadn't just bought my piece of junk two months ago :-/.
I have a 350 sitting in my garage I took out of my old Nova, I'm just saving the money to finish building it up so I can put it in the Camaro. Fixing my car isn't a matter of parts, its a matter of waiting until I have the money
Well, I got my new engine built, so pretty soon I should be good to roll to some meets. Let's get something set up!
Hello out there... I'm in Fort Meade which is in the Laurel/Odenton area. Have an 84 Berlinetta with a 305. Got the Berlinetta because it was cheap and different, still getting the whole dash set up to grow on me. I'm in need of a lot, but right now I'm needing a new exhaust, so if anyone knows of a good shop... by all means let me know

i know of a shop same guy that did mine on my 1991 and on my brothers 80 malibu
Maryland muffler is good, I and multiple friends have had exhaust done there. Right on the corner of MD175 and MD3 north, right before 3 dumps out into I97
Well of course I can't find a stupid picture of my 86 Z28. I'm the 2nd owner, bought in August 92 just before the 4th gens started hitting the street. First car that had my name on the title. I'm still strugglin' to get it running just right after my ex-wife got it stuck in a deal where an engine swap was only half done and then I got the car back in pieces (Boxes of unlabeled hoses, bolts, missing pieces. Oh what fun that was to get put back together.).
Sittin' here in good ol' southern Calvert county. I hope the weather is nice tomorrow, since I don't have a garage in my new house...yet.
i have crank bearings for a 350 tpi from summit if you interested. just want to get rid of them. free

this year, I might be able to get together for the meet. Just gotta get my exhaust welded (Instead of clamped) and the power steering problem fixed. Paint job and, boom! I'm there.
Here in Jarrettsville, harford county. Few minutes drive from bel air, fallston area.
If anyone is heading up to the lowers car show in abingdon let me know and ill get me and my buddy (hes got an 87 firebird) up there. The cars are our daily drivers...
The show is every friday night if i remember right and theres all kind of cars up there and a DJ.
I see alot of third gens in hickory but none that posted on here...
alright well i probably pass it all the time. Whats it called? and yesterday I saw a black thirdgen camaro (i believe it was a rs) and also a bright red 87 formula. That was on the way to cecil dragway. (Where my transmission started acting up...)
At cecil I saw a tourquise camaro (3rd gen) run a 10.26 and sounded great and then I saw a white Iroc but miss what it ran. Countless 4th gens and a few 1st and 2nd gens. Love heading up there.
I stand corrected. Yeah, 207 is down by 95. Dont know anyone in King George so I usually dont stop.
Why is it that VA State Troopers have a hard-on for anything with louder-than-stock exhaust, window tint and MD tags? I constantly get stopped in my Maxima! They can NEVER write tickets bcuz I constantly remind them... "Sir, Im not trying to be rude but ummm... Im not registered in your state." I know that VA doesnt really allow exhaust mods but MD does! Hell, my Camaro is louder with a 3in Flowmaster than my Maxima. I bet they wouldnt pull the Camaro over. Or the GTP!
Why in the HELL did I buy the Maxima? Cuz the tranny in the GTP was going out again...

Actually, less then 3 years ago MD passed a law that basically outlawed anything but a stock replacement exhaust. As far as I know nieither MD or VA has been gung ho about enforcing the new laws because SEMA and others have been looking for an excuse to challenge the laws.
