Re: Calling all VA third gen owners

Well, if I didn't have two hellion children tagging along with me, I would've waited up for you and went to the show with you. I highly recommend not bringing kids along for the ride. I got about ten to meet up and we rode out and went to the show. I left early to go kill my son that pulled all the model cars off the table. Maybe we'll try again at some point. I thought I'd have a bigger showing but, maybe it was just the wrong weekend. I cleared my schedule, delayed starting my new job and everything.

Yeh, next time we got to exchange phone numbers, lol.
It was a pretty nice ride though, besides my car dieing on my every once in a while.
All those country roads, very little traffic, very few cops. Me and my friends 4th gen were tearing it up!
We have a pretty nice car show in my neck of the woods at a burger king. You guys should come over to the Woodbridge area some time. I saw that you guys dident have that many Mustangs out there, we got TONS and very few third gens.

Its about 90 miles south of me. Not a short drive, but a lot closer then roanoke. If i go down there, we have to go to the 1/4 mile drag strip. All we got in my area is 1/8

There are two dragstrips near me, well sorta, Richmond dragway is about 15 mins away and Dinwiddie is about 45.

Dinwiddie, tho, is a much better track and they prep it a whole lot better.

Last year a few of us met over at the sonic on Hull Street near Woodlake. Might be something to do again this year, or we could get together on Sunday at BWW. Used to have a group of motorcycle guys meet over there every Sunday and had specials for them. We could meet and take over patio. They also have non alcahol for the young guys.
