Gauging interest in selling my 86 IROC

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, im gauging interest in selling my 1986 IROC z28 Camaro.

I bought the car in October 2005, swapped the 305 to my 358ci vortec headded sb. the motor has about 12k miles on it since rebuild, i just put in a new cam and got it buttoned up Monday. Runs wonderful, just needs the exhaust finished. It has a y-pipe and a muffler on it right now so its legal.
I put new tires on it when i bought it in october. They are Dayton Daytona HR's 245/50r16 in rear 205/55/r16 front. There is no rusted through spots on the car, but it is 20 years old so there are some dings and scratches. Over all, i think it is very nice. the T-tops dont leak in the rain. However, the headliner should be replaced, Visors are still fine. When i bought it, the guy i bought it from had given it to his son last may or something for his 16th birthday and the kid rearended a pickup. So, the car has a new bumper and driver side fender.

Body has 129k miles on it, and the underbody has been rubber undercoated to help prevent rust. When i bought the car the floor pans were starting to get pits in them i assume from the road salt over the years, so i sprayed the car in undercoating.

Engine- the engine was built buy a company up in Michigan. it is a 358ci sbc with Vortec Large port heads. Forged pistons & rods, balanced rotating assembly. Pistons are around 9.75:1 Compression ratio. bottom end is bolted up with ARP studs. 4-bolt main 2pc rms. Flowtec 1 5/8'' shorty hedders w/ custom y-pipe. Edelbrock Vortec Baseplate, Edelbrock High Flow TPI runners, Polished and ported intake plenum by Corvetteplenums.com. the runner sides are ported out to 1.75"s and the TB area to 58mm's. The new camshaft is a Crane Z-cams hydraulic Flat tappet setup pulling 212deg intake 218 exh. and 114deg LSA. Lunati hyd. flat tapped lifters, new pushrods. Comp Cams, stamped steel roller rockers @ 1.52ratio. Lt1 24# injectors.

Trans- The transmission was rebuilt in Febuary by Jay Carr Transmissions here in my town with a Transgo shift kit. Stock converter that now stalls at 2,000rpms
Rear- 10 bolt 3.23 posi

The interior is a bit faded, and i think there is one small cig. burn hole in the pass seat. The rear seats are in good condition and so is the carpet except for the driver side "kick" panel part where its worn to the bottom threads.

I also have a set of M&H race master Drag radials on a set of 92 RS rims and the Compucar Nitrous kit w/ NOS EFI nozzle.

I've got alot in this car, so i dont know what to ask.. Im selling b/c im going to college in the fall and need to start saving up money. Gas is to expensive for me, So I am looking into buying something better on gas and a street bike.. Partial trades accepted.
