hey guys,
next sunday, the 28th, a bunch of us locals are plannign to go up to island dragway in great meadows, nj. they have an open test and tune from 10 til 4 or 5.
it is a fast track, very small crowd so you can get lots of runs, and pretty cheap too.
anyoen interested? i am plannign to have my car there to run if i can track down teh source of my new found friend, mr. misfire

i think we are gonna be meeting up in little groups with some people just meeting at the track. i am leaving from the trenton area, jprevost and a few other guys are leaving form the princeton/somerville area, and a few guys from north jersey are plannign on meeting us there.
gates are 10am, i woudl like to be there aroudn 9:30 so the car can cool off and we can be at the head of the tech line.

If it was the 5th of May I would love to go and bring my 88 that should run 17's if I'm lucky. that car has problems

The only thing that is stopping me from going this week is insurance. Don't have any. next week is insurance then my extreamly loud 88 TBI gets to be driven with all the paperwork. I drive it a lil now just cause it has been sitting since last november. I put the altenator and a charged battery in it on sunday and drove it a little. oh boy do i miss that car
