Tom here - just met up at the Made in America cruise. We did one many many many many (repeat) moons ago and it was kinda nice. Was a mix of 3rd and 4th gen. I haven't been on the boards a ton but i'd be up for it if something materialized.

I’d be interested in meeting up somewhere. Just depends on my work schedule & weather.
I’m in Rochester but grew up in Tonawanda so I come back into town quite a bit.

Some responses! Border should hopefully be open in month or two. Depending on how many people want to meet and where they live, Batavia is an option since halfway between Buffalo and Rochester. Still plenty of summer left so let's see if more people chime in. I've been to a few car cruises around me and surprised to see about 6 other thirdgens in nice shape. They are most likely not part of this website thought so will have to talk with them.

We have a little over 70 people in a Facebook group who would probably be interested. Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse area. Let's make this happen!

Bumping this thread. Yes, let's make it happen. August is busy so maybe a weekend day in September would work best. Maybe we can pick location over next two weeks and also a date. May help people figure out if they can attend.

I know it’s short notice on a holiday weekend but anyone going to the olcott beach car show tomorrow.
Debating heading over there. I know it’s usually a pretty huge show.

I am not going but thought about it. Supposed to be a great time but it would be a very long day. Planning on West Seneca car show Sunday if no rain. I will post soon some weekend dates in September and October for us WNY'ers to meet up somewhere.

Not too many nice weekends left this season. How many people are interested in meeting up now? Saturday September 25 or October 16 would be a good day. October 9 is an option too but Columbus Day weekend. Depending on where people live who plan on attending will determine best location to meetup.

Lost track of this attempted meeting. Took my car to dyno shop in early October for fine tuning. Still there as clutch was not working. We will try next year for a meeting. Maybe for May if weather is nice then.

I just went to a car show this past Saturday in Spencerport. Decent turnout. They had a little over 300 cars. I think I saw maybe 5 thirdgens (2 birds and 3 camaros).

There are a bunch of shows and cruises in Buffalo or Rochester. Not sure how many people on this board are interested in meeting up. Maybe start easy by meeting in a parking lot or a park? Batavia is a good halfway point.

Do you mean weekend of September 10 & 11? On 9/11 there is a big car cruise at Chestnut Ridge Park near the Bills stadium. See below link that has pictures from 2019 show. There maybe other shows but that is a big one.
