Re: floor pans!!! Need help soon
I am having mine done professionally in Dyer, IN. next week. Cutting the floor creates flexing of the body and if not done right when finished you can be out of line. The shop will brace the car properly when cutting and replacing the floor.
I believe Hawk's has the floorboard for sale. I think they are $200 a side. Mine are coming from a clean donor car Thirdgenranch had. I am adding the Sub Frames connectors at the same time. And also will replace any lines under car that may be rusted.

Re: floor pans!!! Need help soon
I leveled my car on jackstands and installed subfram connectors before cutting out the floor pans. Then installed new floor pans and tack welded them to the new floor. My pans were from a junkyard donor. Make sure the rocker area is well inspected and treated with rust preventative. In my opinion the junction is what starts all the corrosion madness. It is a poor desing for a street car.
