I think you're going to be limited in styles for a 16" rim that wide. Drag racing rims are all 15". Center Line makes a 16x9.5 in most of their billet wheels. Weld offers 16x10 in the outback, sidewinder and super single II styles.

The problem isn't a wide rim, but the limited choice in 16" tires.
The largest I know of is 295/50 and that would only work for the rear.
There are several makers of 16x9.5" rims out there like Centerline...ect.
If your drag racing you'd be better off with 15x10's.
The ugly Vette rims from 84 to 88 were either 16x8.5 or 16x9.5 depending on the year and either front or rear.

The only place I know is Stockton Wheel...I know they can widen steel wheels, I'm not sure about other types. I've thought about widening my stock IROC rims but not sure if they do it. I guess I can ask them...www.stocktonwheel.com
