Parting my car, here's a list of the performance parts

Well, with working 60+ hours a week, and student loans, mortgage, wedding, etc to save for, I don't really have the time or money to play with my car anymore. I sat down and started to think about all I have into it, and it seems that it's worth more in parts than it is whole. So I'm going to start pulling easy parts off over the next week, and if weather is nice next weekend I'm gonna tear the whole thing down to the skeleton. Here's a list of the performance parts I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure I'll think of more as time goes by. I'll put up seperate threads for interior, exterior, and suspension.

SOLD-walbro 255gph in tank pump $50

IIRC, I used castrol 80w90 oil with GM limited slip additive. Stamped steel diff cover from 2002 trans am. This rear is silent and leak free. $150

EDIT:

SOLD-Newer starter, for 1992 305 with the manual trans. It has a smaller body than the automatic one. $20.

In case there is a demand for certain items, please post here to get in line for them instead of just sending email or PM. It'll keep things much less complicated.

I have pics of everything.

Just the Memcal is modified. It was a 6cyl memcal originally. It has since been removed and a ZIF socket soldered in it's place. Memcal is included. I have 4 or 5 atmel at29c256 EEPROMS that go with it as well. I'll have shipping quote shortly.

Nothing that small, sorry. Depending on where you are in illinois, there is a small performance shop in downtown Joliet by the name of Winner's Circle. They carry a huge stock of plumbing supplies.

It looks like if I seperate it into 3 pieces, it would be $43.82. The I-pipe, the muffler and tailpipes, and the over-axle section.

For something of that size, I would much rather do local pickup than ship. I'll wait and see what thebandit wants to do though so I don't snub him

You're next in line for the headers and Y-pipe, nobody has mentioned the heads yet so you have dibs on those. I shipped a set of iron heads out west a couple years ago, and shipping was $95 for the pair. If you want the heads for sure, let me know and I will mark them as "sale pending".

Pocket programmer is gone already

No air tubes on the headers. We are one of the remaining counties in Illinois that doesn't have to worry about emissions (yet).

Also, the response I have been getting on these threads is incredible. I will do my best to keep it on a first come, first served basis. It seems like it's going to be difficult with the amount of replies, PM's, and emails I have been getting.

If you want something, please do like some of the folks have been doing and make a solid offer on price and inquire on shipping. If it's something I can guess shipping on, I'll take payment and ship it as soon as it's off the car. If it's to large or bulky to guess size and weight, it will have to wait until it's off the car.

Thanks ahead of time guys

Also, I wanted to mention that I have a very solid EBay feedback rarting under user ID "quiktrp", and also have a 100% satisfaction rating with paypal. I have also done quite a bit of buisness on the boards here. There will be no worries

Excellent as far as I can tell. Keep in mind though that the IROC rides about 1" lower than a standard camaro if I remember right. May want to search on it, and if it turns out to be true you'd need the front springs too.

Shipping is $35.

Yes, it's a holley annihilator ignition box, which is a capacitive discharge type. I have it listed above, along with some other ignition parts.

Those are going to be hard ones to get pics of until I get them off the car. All the pics I have the cover is shrouded by the waterpump.

It's this one though:

The starter's intended app is 92 chevrolet camaro TBI 305 with the T5 manual trans. The block it is currently on is a 96 305 truck block with 2 bolt mains. I'd say they were inline bolts, but I'd be guessing.

It's a monsterous cobra II style scoop on a stock steel hood.

I have another thread going with all the exterior and interior listed. I have the price listed in there as well as the rest of those kinda parts. Let me know if you want it.

I couldn't tell you that one. I do know that GM used a common pump for alot of the 80's cars. Maybe you'll get lucky

You got it. What's your zipcode? I'll get you a shipping quote on it.

They are rated by gm as 28lb injectors, but that is at nearly 60psi. At 38-42 psi they are in the 24-26psi range.
