ordered a test pipe last year for her 88 formula 350. didn't know at the time that the cat on the car was gutted.

so i have this around if someone wants it
looks like someone did a nice job gutting it. they opened the top up, as you can see from the welds. however you can not see it on the car because that part faces upward. i sawzalled the air pipe and bolts off cause i couldn't get them off.
they can be clamped or welded shut
the bolts look like they can come out with a pair of vise grips

i'd get rid of this for $30 shipped (ground 48 states). shipping charges are pretty expensive now, will ship at local UPS store. Prefer PayPal.

other then the air tube, bolts, it's nice, so if you need to do visual inspections in your area and want a gutted cat to have, or looking for a spare shell, this is good.

the air tube still has the tube inside the cat, might be hard to see in the photo

could even look nice if you wire brush it down and heat paint it.

this fit the stock Y pipe and was matted to a 3" flowmater cat back. it does not look like it was modified, so should fit any 3" cat back (stock or aftermarket)

again, i believe this is stock for 350 TPI cars (at least it was on her forumal 350 with 80k)
