Engine: 356 4-bolt

Transmission: Borg warner T-5

26 spline t5 trany for sale

26 spline t5 out of an 86 z-28. has all new syncros and top cluster bearings. The lower cluster needs bearings. the trany is usable, but there is a lower cluster whine. Asking best offer and for buyer to pay shipping. best offer will be accepted.

Axle/Gears: 3.42 w/auburn racers diff

Will the tranny work with the speedo in a 91 bird? if so id be interested let me know thx

Youll have to use an Electric speedo drive, and possibly a buffer box to get it to read correctly. Z28s where mech driven in those years. I dont know the exacts, just trying to help. I do know if you try searching for VSS and look at some of the T56 post you can piece the information togeather.
