I'm pretty sure it's a Fel-Pro 1206. Pretty slick package imho.

Hey that is pretty cool!!

I have an accell pro ram that looks a lot like that. *shrug*

Go for it. It cant be all that bad. Same thing as converting a carb one Id think. Got any pricing? I obviously havent taken the time to look yet.

Summit has it priced at $306 for the intake and $80 for the rails. That is dirt cheap, imho. All you would need is the TB and an elbow or just get the 4 hole carb style TB.

That IS a hell of a price. I paid a little over that for my pro ram with rails. That was way back before they went up in price too.

Not bad!

according to the dimensions on the edelbrock website the victor EFI is based off the Victor E which is the same thing as the victor junior except it has a bigger plenum

the port size is the same as well....a 1206 can be done but it will be work to fit it properly

Meaning? The intake is not a 1206 or it'll take a lot of work to open up the stock heads?

meaning that opening the intake port on the INTAKE, not the head, to a 1206 will be close. The port on an UN-modified victor junior is hard enough. There isn't a whole lot there to begin with.

Honestly the best way to do it is to raise the intake up on the top port of the heads and fill in the bottom with epoxy. Lucky for me my block is decked so much that when i put my intake on it sits right near the top of the ports on my track 1. So i used an extra thick gasket to get it right there and am hoping for the best. Since this is a FI motor it shouldn't make a huge diff

you have to port the manifold to use a 1206

Installation Notes: Recommended intake gasket: Fel-Pro #1205 or #1206
That is from the Edelbrock web site and refers to the 2978 which is the Victor Jr. E which is what this manifold (29785) is based on. The port dimensions as given on the web site are 1.10 x 1.90 so which ever fel-pro matches that. So as long as edelbrock didn't change anything port wise on the EFI manifold you can use the 1205 or 1206.
