its only a "trailer queen" when its going to the track on slicks. if the engine isn't out of it by then, he'll be there, its my brother.

Ummmm....yeah.......I'm definitely going to have to say that the car is the Anti-trailer queen.
The only time the car ever sees a trailer is when I go to the track on slicks. It takes too much time to pull the exhaust and change the tires once I get to the track, so I just do it all at home and trailer it for the hour and a half to the track.
I have the fuel bills to prove that I drive the car daily when I'm home. I have no qualms about driving it, rain, shine, or otherwise, distance doesn't matter.
The only reason I'd trailer it to this meet is if I decide to put the slicks on first, but then I'd miss the cruise. Being that HMP has electrical outlets in the pits, I'll most likely drive the car, and bring an electric impact for changing the tires out.
So to reiterate, NO, the car is NOT a trailer queen. Never will be either.

most people who run et streets have to have them so they dont fly off the road when they punch their car, i know new years day driving the formula was scary as hell because everytime you wanted to get on it at all it was all over the road .

Well, hey, good for you. I'd prefer to NOT get a ticket for driving on non DOT tires. And as far not sliding into things on the slicks, thats all about driver skill.

Haha...I like how matches get set up for me...but hey, sounds good. I'm up for running damn near anybody, its all good fun anyway.
The only constraint on me running at SFT is whether or not I have a motor in the car by then... I'm currently trying to sell my BBC setup so I can start on a new setup.

Heres the combo:
.030 over BBC (2 bolt, with ARP studs)
Scat Steel Crank (std/std)
"7/16" rods with ARP waveloc Pro bolts
Speedpro Forged Pistons (10.2:1)
Speedpro "Double Moly" Rings
Crane Hydraulic roller (.610/.632, 236/242 @ .050, 296/304 adv.)
Crane Energizer Aluminum 1.7 RRs
Comp 1 piece pushrods
781 casting heads, 2.19/1.88, full port by Halls Racing
Weiand XCelerator intake
Holley 850 double pumper
Crane HI-6 Ignition system, HEI distributor(with crane internals), HI-Fire coil
March Serpentine Pullies
TH400 with TransGo shift kit, modified valve body, custom 3500 stall(with anti-balloon plate and all).
The engine was fully assembled by Hall's Racing, who balanced the entire rotating assembly. I'm looking to get $5500 for everything, from serpentine pullies to the tailshaft on the trans, including the Crane ignition setup, and if needed, the 4 core radiator and electric fan with relay. Also includes the Holley Blue fuel pump with regulator. I can't think of anything else that could be included, but my goal is to provide everything necessary to pull the engine out and drop right into another vehicle, ready to run. Hell, if your friend wants to run some 28" tall tires, I'll even include some Auto/Drags with 28x10.50 ET drags. The only reason I'm selling is to move to something larger.
I think Pasky can attest to the fact that the combo runs quite well!

I hope I can make it. Just had to buy new piston rings, so if I get this thing running im gonna be driving 2 hours a night on the highway trying to break it in. Finally got the rods back on the car, waiting on a head and I can put it back together.

Hey, I need someone to race too! But I don't really know any of you yet, so I don't know how fast your cars are, so I don't know who to call out.
How about this... I'm calling out the 4 fastest...whoever you are!
Uh, who are you?
(hoping I don't bite off more than I can chew)

"Sort of" means that the only origional moving part is the drivers side window.
Not really sure. With my old motor it was running 8.0 @90 in the 1/8th. This one seems faster, but it is barely broken in and I haven't raced it yet.
Spray? Not right now... As for the rest... well, like I said nothing is origional.
How about you?
