I agree, we need to set a date soon! That way people can plan ahead to attend. I have no preference as to the date. Around the 4th is fine. Lets just decide and I will be there!

I should be there. I favor a date later in the month (Such as the 15 as was originally mentioned). Maybe not that far from the 4th but right on the 4th may be a little hectic for the first meet.

I second the motion. 1st and 2nd of July. I like the idea of the parking lot at Hard Rock at Broadway. It is pretty high profile as well.

Sorry, been busy lately....Got a baby on the way!!!...Have a few things working.....Dates are 15-22 of July, but looks like some will be coming down Thursday-Sunday(2nd part of the week)

I think a week is a lofty goal but I will at least be there a couple days. I am not picky as to the date but getting a good turnout the first time for a week may be a lot to ask. At any rate, I think we need to decide on one or two days for the main event. Where to meet, where to cruise etc. That way, the people that cannot be there for a full week can at least be there for that. I am really excited about this and I hope it happens!

I TOTALLY agree, from what I am hearing people are trying to come down Wed/Thursday and do a long weekend thing. I will be down All weekend regardless

I think in earlier threads we had mentioned the Hard Rock Cafe Parking lot at Broadway at the Beach. It is large and would probably be fine. We need to have a central place to meet. I know this has all been addressed in previous posts. I do think however we need to ask them if they have any problem with it. That goes for anywhere we park in great numbers, I am being optomistic, I really hope there are great numbers!
The worst thing that could happen is to be tossed out of everywhere we try to get together!
As for the website name, Myrtlebeachfbodyweek.com is cool. Nice and to the point.....

Overall I've gotten the consensious that its not so great, not so bad but no hotels will allow a new venture to request a book of rooms without ME being responsible for the ones that we don't book.
If you don't stay there get close at least.
