Re: The Original Gulf Coast Third Gens

Thanks for the help Tom. Yeah the car drove down beautifully, I had no problems what so ever. That was the one thing I was worried about b/c I was driving around 1700 miles. Now that I'm home I've got a problem, but I'm pretty sure it's the plugs, wires, and cap. How's the recovery coming from the wreck? I was very sorry to hear about it.

Re: The Original Gulf Coast Third Gens

I have accepted the fact my car is gone. I am picking up a GTA today for $850 and I need some parts if anyone has any laying around.

I need a serpentine setup

Head light motors (possibly)

Misc interior pieces.

Also some times for GTA 16" rims.

Anyone have any parts please call me as I do not have the net.

sort of a no brainer jason , don't buy it . or cut the price in half or more . do what you think is right . myself i would tell the seller to stick it where the sun don't shine . oh well , thats just an old pharts opinion . good luck .

he still wants the 400 or 300 for it, but its not worth the PITA, it has no wheels on it and we are not 100% sure if the motor and tranny are 100%

Re: The Original Gulf Coast Third Gens

aug meet, not a huge turn out with the hurricane on the way and collage football starting, people had other plans, 4 cars, 6 members, all right with the fact the storm is close by and football starting

Re: The Original Gulf Coast Third Gens

well CTC is just around the corner and trying to keep this thread alive. our offical site has been running very sloppy this weekend.

i got the IROC back on the road today and is running very nice.

also have a new member for us due to the sticker on the car. was at a gas station filling up the car for her test drive and a guy inquired about the sticker and threw him a card and he said he was very interested and we will probably see him at CTC. so that would be 3 new members in the past 2 weeks. keep up the gppd work guys!

Re: The Original Gulf Coast Third Gens

It was a pleasure to finally meet you Jason. Regrettably, at this rate it will take me 2 or 3 years to meet all of you guys. I haven't seen anything posted on our site regarding an Oct. meet. During football seasons Sunday afternoons would be better for me.

BTW - as I recall, there is something in Baldwin county weekly? Maybe Brian and I could ride over over meet up with some of you one WE.

PS: just checked our site and saw Jason's post regarding ESC. I'll post further about that "over-there".
