Ok so i know that both of you have a b&m mega shifter. I was thinking about buying one for my car but was not sure if it would work. I have a Th350 on my RS so i only have three gears. Since you guys have one i wanted to know if you could tell me how the hole thing works. I was looking to get a shifter that would alow me to go from drive(OD) down to first(2nd) and thin up shift in a manor that wouldn't alow me to over shift. Can you do this with the B&M mega shifter?

Thanks mike.

you shift down from D to 2 then 1...and it is the reverse once your in first. you cannot shift from one to D manually without shifting into 2nd first. Then you have to figure out who's on third.

Ok, well this is what you get in the package. When you buy the shifter you get 2 little windows. 1 is for the 700r4 (4 speed) and the other is for a 3 speed. I don't remember exactly but I think there is a pin you have to remove, or put in, so it can be used with a 3 speed. Other than that, it's ready to be installed.

Now as far as it working, well, just like any other shifter, you pull the lever and you can selct either R N D. Once there you will have to ratchet down to the lower gears and reverse to go back up.

If ya got any other questions, give me a holla. Oh yeah, installation was pretty simple too.
