Smog certs. an annual thing now?
Got my registration renewal in the mail the other day for my RS. I had to smog it last year when I renewed and this year's renewal is requiring a smog cert. again?!?!?! Did I miss something here? Have the smog laws changed and it is no longer biennial inspection but now annual?

Call the BAR and tell them to fix it. Now. The person to talk to, if he is still there, is Rocky Carlisle. Dont even let them tell you that you have to do it. If you dont get anywhere that way, call your local congress rep and tell them to fix it.
Those people... I tell ya. They dont want to fix any of the problems they have, I guess because they think their stupid computer system is infallible.
