Front swaybar insulators discontinued?

Front swaybar insulators discontinued?
Does anyone here know if GM discontinued the front swaybar insulators for 3rd gens equipped with the 36mm stabilizer bar?
I tried ordering some from the local GM dealer, but they keep giving me the wrong part. I think the dealer is ordering 4th gen style insulators by mistake.
The part no. is 10032854. The dealer computer shows that these are stock replacements for '86-'90 cars with performance suspension. However, that part no. will not fit inside the stock brackets on my GTA or any 3rd gen.
I'm thinking either the GM computer is all screwed up with the part no's or maybe the insulators are now discontinued and the only ones available are 4th gen '93-'02 style. Anyone know?

I'll give them that part # then and hope that it hasn't been discontinued yet.
They did show a part # 14094389. Maybe 14094389 superceded 14094388?
