San Fernando/Santa Clarita people.

Just wanted to know who is from this area. I drive a lot and see some really nice 3rd gens out there and always wonder if they are registered on TGO. I know a few people from these boards who live in these valleys. So drop in and say hello. Maybe we can organize a nice little meet of our own.

I'm in Canyon Country as well, but I'm sure you don't see mine driving around, lol. And if you did, you wouldn't refer it to be "nice"...

Well... Not just yet.

Street racing is bad, mmmk?
If you get caught they take your car away and crush it as an example to everyone else. We do all our racing at the dragstrip.

I think he is refering to "Flames" .... Besides when I was a kid and that area was still fairly underdeveloped everybody raced out there. The cop's are not stupid they know.Nothing has changed in over 40 years.

Canyon Country

Nice to see there's others out here in the boonies. I've seen a few thirdgens out here, but never expected anyone to be a member on TGO. You may have seen my multicolored camaro(work in progress), the SS hood and silver Z06's are a give away.

I did until this past weekend when my centerpipe snaped(rotted). I should have put the complete cat back system instead of just replacing the muffler and tips. Guess I'll just have to do that now, just dont know which one, the flowmaster(80 series) wasn't loud enough. You wouldn't happen to live near shadow pines would you? I'd get more specific, but I dont know if you'ld like everyone knowing where you live... if I was right.

I think I've seen your car, I have a few friends who live over there in Shadow Pines area. I'm in Sand Canyon, off of Live Oak Springs. White RS In the driveway...not driven either...(needs registration and exhaust.) You'll be seeing me drive around soon though.

BTW: Do any of you go to Canyon High? I do...

LOL! Canyon High is my alum. I graduated in 04. I live right where Sand Canyon and Sierra Hwy. meet. I used to work at the In-N-Out on Sand Canyon and I remember seeing 83transamgirl come in on a few occasions.

Would of been '02 Canyon Alum, but AOC at COC opened my Jr year and my choices were: stay at Canyon with the overcrowding and BS just to be a CHS Alum like my parents-OR spend my last 2 years of HS free to roam a college campus...The work load would of been easyier had I have stayed at Canyon, but the freedom of college was worth it!

I think that has been your story as long as I've known you girl! LOL. I've only seen that car at Cruisers I think once.

Its actually the story of my life. My 1987 TA has been down ever since 1998. Got a cluker used tranny tossed in, but now the fuel pump is bad (we suspect).

Sucks...
