a tale of two irocs

*UPDATED* 11/6/2009 scroll down for new pics

Just thought I'd share my new iroc, it's a '90 cc1 lb9 car it has the 15" wheels and no rear defrost. After putting the l98 car back together after the curb accident, it just hasn't been the same. As I suspected there was frame damage, unfortunately its at the firewall and the subframe is actually seperating from the body . I found the new one for sale the same day I got my estimate from the only shop that would consider touching it ($4,100). I will swapping everything over to the new one. anyways heres a couple pics of it hiding behind the l98...

btw anyone interested in the rear seats? theyre grey deluxe split-backs. Pretty good condtion except for a couple crayon spots that look like they can be cleaned. Ill probably end up cleaning them anyway. I can take pics. getting rid of the rest of the grey interior too but not as good condition as the seats. all offers considered

Hey,

I was wondering, what are you going to do with the L98 from the damaged car? If you are considering selling it, let me know...

Thanks

Re: a tale of two irocs

Hey Justin,

Would you be willing to part with the harness and ECM from the LB9? Or how about the whole motor? How many miles does it have?

Thanks,

Tim

Re: a tale of two irocs

Well, when I find my donor motor, I will be taking it to Paul in Yorba Linda. He is f1ls1 here on the boards. In fact, he actually recommended contacting you about your motor for my car. Im sure that he'd probably be more than happy to help you out

Re: a tale of two irocs

Just a little update... this is the red car from the first post. Plan on getting it painted as soon as I sell my olds. The hardtop car was cut up and junked, the entire drivetrain, interior, and some body parts reside on this car.
btw if anyone is interested in buying my olds you can see pics here http://s148.photobucket.com/albums/s34/L98IROC/Omega/
