Man, I think she looks pretty just like she is now. If it were me, I would stay with stock ride height, but that's just me!

thanks it looks good on the grass but on the street its a lil to high to me, i think maby now that i think of it 1 inch but i just want the tires to tuck under perfectly. the streets are bad in the bay area thats the only thing keeping me from doing it and scraping.

i would lower it if I was you. I just bought eibach sportlines and will be putting them in this weekend. I will post pics. There are plenty of pics here of lowered cars.

Rubbing while turning and rubbing when hitting a bump are too entirely different situations.
Rubbing while turning is just a function of how wide your wheels are as well as if you have "adjusted" your steering stops to prevent rubbing. I say "adjusted" because they aren't adjustable, you just have to weld up a little material on the stop to make it longer.
Bottoming out the chassis on the road however is completely dependent on how far you lower the car as well as what springs you use to do it. I would get under the car with a tape measure and find the lowest part of the car and see how much clearance you have. Now try to visualize how much room you are going to have when you drop the car another 2".....I'll give you a hint, it won't be pretty.
The other problem guys run into is that when using off the shelf lowering springs you end up with a spring thats way too soft for the limited amount of suspension travel that they have. If you lower a car 2" with stock bump stops you are going to have less than 1" of suspension travel before you hit the bump stop.....which will ride like crap. You can trim the bump stop but you end up problems of the chassis, exhaust, front air dam hitting pavement on larger bumps.
As you can see lowering your car is much more complicated than picking a brand of lowering springs. It's a compromise at best, Carroll Smith says in his book that he likes to see at least 3"-4" of suspension trave in bump on a heavy sedan (heavy sedan= anything bigger than an indy car). F-bodies barely have this much travel stock.

na i was like that wit my formula but i dropped it wit sportlines and wow the looks are so much better, and the handling and its not to bad even witht new jersey roads and potholes that can fit midgets in them
def drop it tho u will really like it, i was against it for so long but i got sick of it, our cars arent suppose to have that much fender gap, looks good tho but would look even better if u lower it, i used sportlines if u dont want that much then get prokit, hotchkins, ST etc and drop it 1 inch but ur gona have to cut 1/3 coil out the front to get rid of that stock *** draggin stance and get that muscle car rake look. drop it and drop it right and u will never go back.
first is stock, everything original, springs, struts/shocks bushings u name it. front pass side even had a broken coil and it was laying in the Aarm pocket.
second is it dropped and so is third. sprotlines really lowered the front and i love the look and the rears dropped but not much bc mine were prob saggin pretty bad. i dont hit the bump stops nothing and im very impressed by how it looks and handles.
