jamex strut tower brace
Is this strut tower brace good? Is aluminum strong enough for a strut tower brace because all the other strut braces I have seen are steel. Although aluminum is stiffer than steel.

I think that one is real cheesy. You should definately get a 3 point brace. I got a Kenny Brown. I really notice a difference when it is on/off. Surprising how it tightens up the steering so much.
Either Edelbrock or Hotchkin make one I would rather have. It has a mounting bracket's just like the James one. My KB has 3 mounting bolts on each side. Kind of a PITA to take on and off when needed.

I dont think Jamex parts are available in the US anymore. While back, everyone said that anyways. Maybe they came back.

I'm pretty sure Jamex doesn't sell in the US anymore but the STB is on Ebay and I was thinking about buying it. I think I will probably go with the Hotchkis though because it does look a little cheesy.

I got the BMR strut brace and like it better than Hotchkis or Edelbrock. The supports going to the firewall mounting point are removable so you can work on the intake or distributor without removing the whole bar. He runs GPs on a regular basis so the price is good too.
