which bilsteins are these ???

shocks B46-1021
struts S36-0201

I tried to look them up on vette brakes but could not find them. Can anyone tell me where these are on the heirarchy, are they the bottom end bilsteins or what ?? Thanks guys, Jeff

Nope, I think they are the good Bilsteins, although I haven't really heard of "bad" ones either. They're definitely the correct part numbers for your (and my) IROC. BTW, RD Enterprises <http://www.shox.com> has the best prices for shocks and struts. Vette Brake's prices for everything are high.

Thanks for the reply, however, I could not find these specific part #'s at vette brakes. I did notice differnt two different parts #'s on other bilstein's for third gens, and they were different price so I am assuming one is better than the other. I have a chance to buy the part #'s I listed off a guy is why I am checking. Thanks for any help on this - does bilstein have a web site ??

The 2 different part #'s are the heavy duty and sport versions.I believe heavy duty are to be used with your stock springs and the sport version is for lowering springs.Check out shox.com,there prices are very good.
