t.p.engineerin

i got a 87 pickup with a tbi 305 i had been tryin to decided what to do with it and i decided i want to keep the efi because of the reliability and the fact that 87 was the only year the square body trucks had it but i dont want to mess with computer tuning much. currently i have the open element mod, 6 degrees of timing advance and 1.6 ratio roller tip rockers with comp springs no cat and a flowmaster. it runs good and has some power but my buddies stock vortec 5.7 still beats me so what next? any opinions on hypertech chip? is there any cams that i could use without much hassle with the computer what about heads? thanks
