Axle/Gears: 3.73
350 TBI WIT 2800 STALL CAM QUESTION
Lookin to upgrade my motor a lilbit.Heard good things about the lt1 cam but will it help me take advantage of my gears and stall?If not wat is good for me?It still has to be computer freindly because I dont have any tuning software yet.Thanks

Even the LT1 cam is going to need tuning. What else is going on/into the motor? What kind if intake/TBI do you have? What about the exhaust? Some more details will help in selecting a cam.

long tube headers are going on im doing the ultimate tbi today,new springs retainers,nd seals.no bottom end work nd a dual plane intake wit adapter.already have 3.73 in the rear

U will be way off from the factory tune. It will run but not very good. Im in the same boat and I will be buying the EBL from dynamic efi. You could hit up TBIchips.com and do a custom chip to get you in the ball park but that's about it till it gets tuned.

id put more cam than the lt1 cam, but you are limited by stock heads. It will deffinately help your stall and gears more than if you were running a stock cam.
