Gauging Interest...

I'm in the planning stages on a project to start to bore throttle bodies to 2". Anyone interested in that sort of thing for your modded CFI motors? It also looks like I will be adding the balance ports as well and maybe roller bearings. You can post up or PM me if you think you are interested. As far as I know, nobody is doing this to TBs anymore and I have been approached by some that want it done. This more than likely will be a group buy if anything.

If you really think it's a worthwhile and marketable mod, make a few and see if they sell on Ebay. That will give the best feedback about interest or lack of it.

Absolutely Zero interest on my part. With these cars all pushing being at least ~30 years old, can't imagine much interest in a performance sense. There may be a few exceptions as sometimes it's fun to see just how far one can go tinkering etc.

Drove my TBI 91 RS for 25 years & ~389,500 miles, loved the reliability so much I keep the old 305 TBI in its own corner of my garage after having the RS resto-mod'd. Maybe one day, that old TBI 305 will find a new home on an old pick up truck.

Re: Gauging Interest...

Thanks for your input. I guess not much on here like you said, but lots on the corvette side of things.
