Sequence for tuneup

There are a lot of posts on what to do for a general tuneup and how to do it. My question is what is the order for these things?

Ignition timing set,
Clean MAF,
Set IAC,
Set TPS,

Etc.

Order looks good just the way you got it. You could do the MAF first and then the ignition if you like, but you got the general order of things right.

I'll add that you should clean out the TB before doing the IAC and TPS adjustment. Having a dirty TB resticts airflow at low throttle openings (i.e. idle) and will affect you IAC adjustment and, naturally, your TPS adjustment in turn.

Follow factory procedure for setting the IAC. If you aren't sure how to do it, ask first. Doing it wrong you can get the IAC and TPS set out of whack.
