Time for new Spark Plugs & Wire's

Hi Guy's,

It's time to replace Spark plugs & wire's in my REDBIRD. So I'm looking for some advice!

REDBIRD has just turned 179,000. He don't burn oil or smoke, but there is some noticable drop in acceleration(I'm hoping to get some back with ya'lls advice).

With all the spark plugs & spark plug wire sets availible, should I go with the best? I realize that the most expensive is not always the best!

When ya'll answer, please include what you consider the Best!
Thank's
