i have a problem with a 3.8 like the one in the Turbo Trans am

i have a 1987 buick electra park avenue and my problem is my fuel injectors constently stay on.flooding the engine and coming outa the air box it has a new fuel pressure regulator, ECM, crank sensor, i checked the wiring harness for the fuel injectors fine no splices or meshing i suspect it could be the PROM in the ECM. But the reason i need this fixed very fast is because winter is knocking at my door in illinois and my 1992 Firebird Formula is fun in the winter but i like to put her away yes i do have a third gen im just asking if any1 is familiar with a problem like this in a in a 3.8 if you know anything drop me a line you have no idea how much i will appreciate it

Re: i have a 1987 buick electra park avenue with a 3.8 sfi

That's basically the same 3.8L as in a 1987 TTA, (minus the turbo). Edit your post to say that's the car, and it won't get locked - hint hint.

I had a 1987 Delta 88 (same car, different tag on the front), but it never had any weird problems like that.
You might find some help here;

If someone wants to PM you, that's fine. But, this Board is for discussion of third gen f-body tech issues only. Can't disguise that engine as anything f-body.
