Code 32 help

Alright, code 32 is "32. Fault in barometric pressure sensor circuit OR Fault in exhaust gas recirculation valve diagnostic switch OR Fault in electronic vacuum regulator valve"

Can anyone tell me what, exactly, that means haha? And how do I go about checking which one it is?

Code is displayed after cruising around (varying speed) in the city or highway after 30 minutes or so.

EGR EGzackly

It’s your EGR valve/associated parts wiring.

Re: Code 32 help

I get the random code32 in my camo also. Seems to happen after I get up on the highway and cruise around 70-80 mph for about 20 min. I replaced the EGR valve, but the code still generates . Been looking for a barometric pressure sensor, but can't seem to find one. I called a dealer and they didn't know what it was or if it was even a part they could get. I replaced alot of vacuum hoses today, but haven't had time to get it on the highway and test it. Might try to replace the o2 sensors also. My camo is a 91, so it wouldn't hurt to replace all of the sensors IMO. Best of Luck !

Re: Code 32 help

Yea...I've replaced all of the sensors and vacuum lines already, and the EGR, which is why I'm so confused.

Re: Code 32 help

I get the same code in my 87 IROC, and it doesnt seem to run weird at all, and the only thing is that when i go to start the car sometimes the oil pressure gauge spikes and the SES light comes on and they sit there, and then if you kill the car and then restart it the OPG doesnt spike nor does the SES light come on again, and Im getting code 32, do either of those have anything in common? ( i dont think they do, but just want a second opinion)
