Rockers!
Hey i have a 86 trans am 305 with a quadrajet im changeing the valve seals soon and i was thinking about doing rockers will 1.6 work on my car or to big? and also can i go with roller? thanks

yes and yes . another thing to think about , maybe new springs at the same time . worked for me , good luck .

Define "work". As in, "Will the engine run?" Probably, although you might get interference between the pushrod hole and pushrod.
Will it run better with 1.6:1 rockers? Probably not.
"Can"? Yes.
"Better"? Probably not the best HP/$'s outlay.
The suggested valve springs would be a better investment. Do retainers while you're at it and eliminate those heavy factory exhaust valve rotators.

so go for valve seals springs and retainers? anything else well im in their? and another question was do they sell headers with a Y pipe? or dose anyone have a used set for sale?
