got some stuff for free

Jason and I (johnyIROC) were over at the wreckers today, so i could pick up my 4.11 gear set (which i got for 25 bucks) and after we stopped at Jim's Speed shop. he had some old tires out back that he was throwing out. we found a good BFG drag radial (it has some wear, but they are supposed to work better when they are worn) in there and its matching partner that is really worn, but probably has 2 or 3 passes left on it. there was also a heavily used M/T ET Drag tire there too. it has a few passes left in it too. unfortunately there was only one, but hey, who cares....they were all free.

Yeah, it was a great score.... on close inspection, I think that you could run the drag radials as a set for a season... One of them is worn alot more than the other... but I think it's safe.

The ET Drag on the other hand... could be pretty scary. If I still had the peg-leg, I would definitly put it on the spinny side for a pass just for fun.

Yeah.. the ET Drag is 26/8.5

Here's the comp TA's:

The one on the left is hurting pretty bad.... but it's not separating yet... they have a few passes as a set... and the one on the right will last a season easily.
