CFI to TPI

Okay, i have a 305 CFI all stock and I have decided that it will be too costly and too much of a PITA to modify the CFI. Im looking at building a 350 TPI from the ground up, or just buying a crate engine and was wondering what I'll have to change as far as the computer, wire harnesses and so forth. Basically i just want to know what else other than the engine ill have to change to get the TPI to work right.
thanks

It's not that complex really. You need the new injection system, a new wiring harness, and ECM. Also a high pressure fuel pump to replace the low pressure TBI pump.

If you want more detail than that, try doing some searches, just a hunch, but i bet you're not the first person asking how to swap TPI into their car.

I have also heard that the heads on the CFI can flow very nicely once ported and polished. Im thinking of using those on the 350 TPI, would using 305 heads on the 350 give me a higher compression ratio? Or can I not use those heads off the CFI on the TPI at all?

Also does anyone know if there are any other parts worth keeping from the CFI to go with the TPI? or should i just trash all the old stuff and go completely new with the new engine?
