California and AFPR

Has anyone had problems passing the California emissions test with an installed AFPR?.
After looking at the Holley website and their AFPR it states at the bottom of the page "Not for sale or use on California emission controlled Vehicles.
Thanks

dont 100 % take this to the bank, but i would think if you just set the pressure back to stock when you go for your inspection, no one will be the wiser. i think.

Actually as long as it doesn't stand out and say "aftermarket" all over it to someone you will be good. All these stupid ricers put these big huge nastly painted ones and of course they get busted

My AFPR, as used in my 350TPI to Fiero swap, uses a simple allen screw for adjustment. I had to go through the official CA Smog Referee inspection before getting registered, and he did a throuigh visual before doing the emmissions testing. He said nothing about the AFPR, and did not even check the fuel pressure.

As 92GTA said, if the AFPR screams "aftermarket", then it will raise questions about being legal. For our usual AFPR installations, I do not think there will be a problem.
