Diagnostic results what do you think?

Ok this has been picking at me for a long time. My car wates gas like crazy. I got tired of throwing parts at it so today i finally took it to a shop to have a diagnostic check. this is the result of my bad fuel consumption.

data stream diagnostic
NO CODES
TPS Sensor volt low replace tps and plug
Spark plug wires burnt and mis routed tru exhaust manifolds (replace plug wires)
Throttle body coolant not connected
Pvc hose to throttle body needs replacment
intake manifold leaking
Recomment mounting coil

First he said my tps was bad i asked why he said it reads .52 instead of .54 so i asked cant i just readjust it? he stood queit thinking of an answer and said oh well its broken on the bottom screw part. Ok? then the clip that holds the wire in place was broke but the plug was snug on there. He also said the tps looks old i should replace it. then he says my wires are burnt? i cleaned them off they look good as new. the throttle body has the by pass thats why its not connected. he said i should hook it up cause it needs to heat something up so the sensor could read correct. pvc has small crack on the end of it so it needs to be replaced. the coil isnt mounted so i need to buy a new coil and mount it. wtf does any of this have anything to do with wasting lots of fuel???? maybe if the plugs were rotted and grounding? You can smell the unburnt gas he said oh well i did notice it might be running rich or lean wich ever at that point i just walked off. What do you guys think of this. I think i might just get a new coil and plugs msd or mallroy. He also said once i fix it he will do a free re diagnostic. Wich made me think he was guessing too so much for that.. let me know what you think.

He didn't know what he was talking about. Have you checked your base timing?

Re: Diagnostic results what do you think?

that is a very small diff from teh .54 volts it should have.

I had about .78 volts once adn you could only tell a slight diff.

I too would check the timing, if she isn't throwing codes i would think that timing, and it's free to check.

Re: Diagnostic results what do you think?

TPS Sensor - It's okay. If it goes out or is too far out of whack the check engine light will come on. Trust me, I know.

Spark plug wires - if you think that they could possibly move and hit a manifold, use tie wraps and secure them.

PVC Valve and hose - This can cause a leak in vaccum and is a very cheap fix. If it really is cracked and leaking, replace it. You'll be out 6 or 7 bucks.

Throttle body coolant - This will help things unless you live somewhere where it gets 20 below or extremely cold like that

Intake manifold leaking - Keep an eye on your oil. That's all that will hurt.

Coil not mounted - It has to be grounded, but not mounted. If it's not mounted it's not grounded. If it's not grounded run a ground wire to the firewall somewhere. That's what I did.

Check the coil.
