Car: '86 IROC-Z/'94 Z28
Engine: 350 LT1/382 LT1
Transmission: 4L60-E/T-56
Axle/Gears: 3.45/3.42 (soon 4.10)
yeah, and $hit doesn't stink!

Nope, haven't heard a thing. I'm now looking to sell or save my Vortec heads and get some aluminum 'Vette heads or maybe some TFS heads. Just can't decide on a good compression ratio for aluminum heads. Thanks again, SD! I LOVE waiting!

10.5:1 is quite doable on aluminum heads, the car will even run on 87 but doesnt like it when its hot outside and you hit a grade, pings ever so slightly. Im going for 11 next time, see what happens. Hell I may just go to 11.5.
