Question: 1990 Fuel Tank Insulation Straps (Not bolted straps)

Im having to replace the fuel tank on my 1990 IROC-Z and ive ordered the tank but im almost certain it does not come with insulation on the topside for what im assuming is noise reduction.

I believe that they are glued onto the tank before installation.

Here is where they are located:

I am wondering if anyone knows if and where i could find them. Thanks a million!
